Product Manager / Senior Product Manager – ThriveCare Platform

About the Role

Thriveworks is looking for a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to help scale ThriveCare, our clinician platform used daily by 2,000+ providers. You’ll own a key product area, improve clinician workflows, and partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Clinical teams to build a reliable, scalable, clinician‑friendly platform.

What You’ll Do

• Own and deliver features that improve clinician workflows and care quality.
• Lead discovery to identify pain points, validate solutions, and define success metrics.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to prioritize and execute the roadmap.
• Support day‑to‑day development processes (standups, sprint planning, QA, launch readiness).
• Ensure product quality through strong acceptance criteria, edge‑case planning, and post‑launch monitoring.
• Use data to guide decisions and measure impact.
• Help build processes for prioritizing bugs, support issues, and enhancements.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 4+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience with workflow‑heavy products (internal tools, platforms, enterprise systems).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution.
• Comfortable using data for decision‑making.

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or regulated environments.
• Experience with clinician tools, EMR workflows, or clinical operations.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, or event‑driven systems.
