This is a full-time, remote position for a Crypto Wallet Capital Operator. The role involves managing and overseeing operations related to cryptocurrency wallet systems, ensuring seamless and secure transactions. Key responsibilities include monitoring crypto fund flows, developing strategies for capital optimization, leading initiatives on wallet security and risk management, and preparing detailed financial and technical reports. Stakeholder communication and collaboration with internal teams will also be essential parts of the role.

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency wallets, blockchain technology, and secure transaction standards
• Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and capital operation strategies
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving within a financial or tech environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Technical skills including familiarity with cryptocurrency platforms, blockchain protocols, and wallet infrastructures
• Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, business, or a related field
• Relevant certification in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or financial management is a plus
• A track record of working in decentralized finance (DeFi) or relevant industries is desirable
