We are hiring a Senior Executive Communications & Governance Lead to support a global operations leadership team within a high-growth technology environment.

This is a senior individual contributor role operating at executive level. You will sit at the centre of global outsourced operations, driving communications, governance rhythm and executive reporting across multiple regions and time zones.

This role requires maturity, precision and commercial awareness. You will be expected to operate with pace, clarity and discretion.

The Opportunity

You will support senior leadership by:

• Developing high-impact executive briefs, business reviews and operational updates
• Synthesising complex operational data into concise, decision-ready materials
• Preparing external communications for global vendor partners
• Driving governance cadence across international stakeholders
• Curating agendas, tracking actions and ensuring accountability
• Managing reporting frameworks aligned to strategic goals and priorities
• You will operate in a global 24/7 operational context supporting leadership oversight of large-scale outsourced operations.

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years’ experience in executive communications, consulting, technology, PR or advisory
• Demonstrated experience supporting VP/C-suite level stakeholders
• Strong governance experience within complex, matrixed organisations
• Experience working across multiple regions and time zones
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and high-pressure environments
• Advanced business writing and executive synthesis capability
• Strong analytical mindset with structured reporting experience

Backgrounds from Big Tech, global consulting firms (Big 4), or high-growth technology environments are particularly relevant.
