As an Azure Data Engineer at Accenture, you will have an opportunity to define a new pattern for building, deploying, and supporting data cloud services within Azure environment.

Due to project requirements, candidates must currently hold EU work permit and be available to start within 1 to 3 months of receiving an offer.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain databases in Azure environment

Data ingestion, transformation and modeling for enterprise grade data platforms

Perform data migration processes to or from Azure environment

Data modeling for reporting

Required Qualifications:

Intermediate level of SQL and Python or PySpark development

3+ years in data engineering with Azure platform

Understanding of SQL optimization best practices

Understanding of data quality principles and best practices

Proven understanding of Azure cloud principles

Experience in development and administration of ETL processes in Azure cloud environment

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics

Azure Data Engineering Associate certification

Understanding of modern data architecture principles (e.g. delta lake, data mesh)

Experience with master data management scope of work

Understanding of cloud infrastructure operations and optimization
