About the position

GO Competence Center is an international strategic competence hub responsible for managing and developing a multi-sector business ecosystem. It operates as a centralized core for decision-making, strategy design, and execution, ensuring consistent group growth, operational efficiency, and synergy across different business lines. The centralized model enables fast decision cycles, scalable governance, and effective coordination of complex initiatives across markets and companies.

Currently we’re looking for an Mid / Senior Social Media Manager to manage and grow social media for multiple companies and brands, each with different audiences and goals. This hands-on role is about ownership, strategy, execution, growth, and visible impact.

Responsibilities

• Own social media strategy and execution across multiple companies
• Plan, create, publish, and optimize content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
• Grow accounts: reach, engagement, followers, relevance
• Adapt content to different brands, audiences, and platforms
• Track performance, analyze results, and improve continuously
• Represent brands in comments and messages with confidence and tone control
• Work closely with different teams

• Higher education and proven experience in social media management
• Clear track record of growing social media accounts and managing multiple brands without losing quality
• Strong content sense: copy, visuals, formats, timing, spotting trends early and knowing when to use them (and when not to)
• Strategic thinking combined with fast execution and ownership mindset
• Fluent in English language (working language)
• Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage

Salary:

2050-2800 €/mon. gross.
