The Junior IT Mobility & Telecom Administrator is an entry-level IT role focused on administrative and operational activities related to mobile communications services. The position supports IT service delivery through defined processes, handling high volumes of repetitive requests, data management, user support, and basic validation tasks, while acting as an interface between end users, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Manage and administer mobile communications contracts within IT;
• Validate invoices and analyze consumption data for accuracy;
• Maintain and organize mobility service data;
• Handle operational requests and provide first-level user support;
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues;
• Support basic reporting and monitoring of telecom expenses.
  
  

Profile

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related fields;
• Strong administrative and organizational skills;
• High level of attention to detail, particularly in invoice validation and data handling;
• Ability to analyze consumption data and identify basic inconsistencies;
• Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with end users, suppliers, and internal teams;
• Comfortable working with repetitive tasks and structured processes;
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and data management tools (e.g. Excel).
