Key Responsibilities
Operations & Planning

- Develop executive-ready reports and slides in PowerPoint; document SOPs in Word/SharePoint.
Atlassian (Jira) Administration
- Create and manage projects, issue types, workflows, boards, filters, and dashboards.
- Partner with teams to define epics/stories, acceptance criteria, and clear SLAs.
- Ensure data hygiene and consistent tagging for accurate reporting.
Digital Content Management (K–12)
- Support content lifecycle: intake, metadata application, versioning, QA readiness, and release notes.
- Coordinate with SMEs/editors to ensure alignment with curriculum standards and accessibility guidelines.
- Maintain content repositories and permissions in SharePoint/Teams (and/or LMS/CMS if applicable).
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a dependable point of contact for cross-team updates; run stand-ups, sprint rituals, and steering updates as needed.
- Translate complex operational/data insights into clear, actionable communication.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose pragmatic process improvements.
- Standardize templates, naming conventions, and reporting methods.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, IF/IFS, text functions, charts, data validation).

- Strong English—both written and spoken—with the ability to produce crisp, executive-ready communication.
- Exceptional communication skills: stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, status reports, and concise updates.
- Semi-autonomous working style—able to own outcomes while being highly responsive to direction.
- Solutions mindset—demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve operational problems quickly.
Atlassian & Content
- Well-developed skills in Atlassian Jira (project setup, workflows, boards, dashboards, filters, JQL basics).
- Digital content management experience—preferably in the K–12 education sector or a related learning/educational context.
Nice-to-Have (Preferred)
- Experience with Confluence for knowledge base and SOPs.
