Your mission? 🚀

As our Information Security Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring that Finago meets regulatory requirements, follows industry best practices, and continuously develops its information security culture. You will collaborate closely with our CISO, business teams, product development, and the wider security community across Finago. You will be part of a team of security professionals and participate in on‑call activities on a regular basis.

💡 Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with security regulations and frameworks through regular audits, assessments, and continuous improvement activities
• Developing and maintaining our Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIS2
• Identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and mitigating information security risks, and reporting them to Enterprise Risk Management
• Leading and delivering engaging security awareness programs across the organization
• Overseeing physical security measures, ensuring they are proportionate, monitored, and continuously improved
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to embed security into business processes and strengthen security culture
• Driving continuous improvement based on industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging risks
• Developing, maintaining, and enforcing security policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives
• Reviewing and monitoring supplier compliance with information security requirements and expectations

This is a permanent, full‑time position primarily based at Finago’s Norway offices in Oslo or Skien. However, we can also consider the possibility of the role being based at our Espoo office.

Ready to make an impact? 💥

We’re looking for an experienced information security professional ready to elevate our compliance and risk management practices. To succeed in this position:

• You have 3–5+ years of experience in information security management and compliance (e.g. ISO 27001, NIS2)
• You have strong experience in risk management frameworks and ISMS development
• You bring an analytical mindset and ability to prioritize risks effectively
• You are proactive, curious, and committed to continuous improvement
• You have hands-on experience delivering security awareness programs
• You hold relevant certifications such as CISM, CISA, ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISSP or equivalent
• You are able to comfortably discuss technical topics with stakeholders
• You are fluent in English and either Norwegian or Finnish
