Front End Developer

Duration: 3+ Months

Location: IL-Naperville, Hybrid 1-2 days onsite

Overview: Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offers to clients. As a Front End Developer, you will join's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, scalable, front-end features using Angular within an established project structure
• Collaborate with backend developers and architects to integrate APIs and data workflows
• Work within existing tools and architecture to deliver quickly, while identifying areas for enhancement or expansion
• Maintain focus on customer experience, performance, and usability
• Participate in Agile sprint cycles, including backlog refinement, standups, and demos
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, especially in navigating unknowns and evolving requirements
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Angular (v10+) with a solid understanding of component architecture, state management, and performance tuning
• Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns
• Experience working with existing codebases and enhancing scalable front-end systems
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Backend exposure (Node.js, .NET, or similar)
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• UX/UI sensitivity and experience with customer-facing platforms
• Prior work with geographically distributed teams
  
  

The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $165,000 or the hourly equivalent.
