Join our paid five‑month LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) training program in Tallinn.
You’ll learn lab informatics, data integrity and regulatory compliance before supporting LIMS implementation projects across Europe. Estonia’s digital ecosystem makes it ideal for early‑career consultants who want to work at the intersection of science, technology, and business. After training, you will join projects as a Junior LIMS Consultant, working with life‑science clients.
Responsibilities (Training)
- Attend structured training on LIMS fundamentals, laboratory workflows, validation and regulated environments.
- Learn to create system documentation (user/functional requirements, test scripts and standard operating procedures).
- Shadow senior consultants on local and international projects to learn consulting practices.
- Develop soft skills: communication, problem‑solving, time management and client collaboration.
Responsibilities (Post‑Training)
- Configure and validate LIMS solutions; support system upgrades and enhancements.
- Gather user requirements, translate them into system configurations and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with testing, deployment and end‑user support.
- Collaborate with cross‑border project teams in Estonia and internationally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, engineering, information systems or related fields.
- Wet Lab experience.
- Eligible to work in Estonia and willing to temporarily relocate to Tallinn.
- Interest in technology applied to laboratory environments.
- Strong analytical and communication skills in English.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Experience in laboratory work, internships or academic research.
- Basic knowledge of databases or programming.
- Familiarity with regulated industries (pharma, biotech) or EU data integrity regulations.
