The Product Manager will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of healthcare products, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver value to our customers. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and clinical stakeholders, to develop and enhance products throughout their lifecycle.

A leading healthcare organization in the Middle East is expanding its digital capabilities by establishing an engineering team in India to develop innovative web and mobile applications aimed at enhancing public health services.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy Development: Define the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives, ensuring that products meet market needs and regulatory requirements.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.

Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and user feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to gather requirements, define product features, and ensure successful product launches.

User Engagement: Analyze user data and feedback to derive insights for continuous product improvement and increased user satisfaction.

Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring products remain relevant and competitive in the market.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate collaboration and alignment on product initiatives

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 6 years in product management within the healthcare industry or related fields; proven track record of successful product launches.

Skills:

-Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Understanding of UI/UX principles and user research methodologies.

-Knowledge of regulatory standards in healthcare.
