iToDEV – a super awesome mega cool IT company was established in 2006 (20 years and counting. That means, we know what we are doing). Our team with 40+ equally awesome people works on interesting, challenging and useful WEB systems and mobile apps development projects for our Lithuanian and foreign clients.

Today, we work AI-first – using AI to think better, decide smarter and focus on what really creates value.

Project definer @iToDEV:

• Own your projects. Big, small, new or long-running – they’re yours.
• Care about what’s really happening inside them: progress, risks, changes, reality.
• Work shoulder to shoulder with the team – because good things don’t happen alone.
• Keep clients calm and happy with clear communication, transparency and no surprises.
• Plan, re-plan and adjust using Agile / SCRUM (because reality always has opinions).
• Ask questions. Good ones. The kind that save time, money and nerves.
• Make decisions – what to build, what not to build, and what can wait.
• Spot risks early and talk about them before they turn into fires.
• Use AI to do the heavy lifting (specs, use cases, flows, diagrams).
• Focus on what really matters: thinking, context, judgement and ownership.
• Help shape MVPs and roadmaps that actually make sense.
• Grow. Your projects, your team, your clients, yourself.

What we expect from you:

• You take ownership. Projects don’t “happen” to you – you own them.
• You communicate clearly and on time. Good news, bad news, early news – all news.
• You see risks before they explode and you’re not afraid to talk about them.
• You’re comfortable making decisions and standing behind them.
• You can plan, re-plan and adjust. Because plans rarely survive reality.
• You work independently, but you know when to ask for help.
• You’ve been around IT project management for 2+ years and know how it really feels.
• Agile / SCRUM is not just ceremonies – you know why and when to use it.
• You think critically. Documents are nice, good decisions are better.
• You understand tech well enough to ask smart questions (front-end, back-end, mobile, integrations, data flows).
• You’re curious about AI and comfortable using it as part of your daily work.
• You speak and write English well.

Extra karma points:

• You already use AI tools in your daily work – not just writing prompts, but actually applying them to think, analyze, plan and work smarter.
• You’ve worked in Telco, Retail, Logistics or Healthcare projects and understand how those worlds operate.
• You’ve seen mobile or app-based projects and know their quirks.
• You’ve survived long-term projects and know real life is not a sprint.
• Jira, Confluence and eazyBI don’t make you nervous.
• You like learning new things – courses, certifications or self-taught skills that you actually use.
