Staff Product Designer

Role Overview

As the Staff Product Designer, We’re looking for a creative visionary and a pragmatic problem-solver, with a strong focus on user-centered design. You'll play a pivotal role in crafting great design outputs and guiding the design team. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, from engineering, business, and marketing to be the customer's voice and drive the right user experiences that are beautiful and highly functional. You’ll directly impact shaping our product’s visual language, interaction patterns, and overall user experience while mentoring a team of talented designers.

What You'll Do

• Innovate & Elevate: Stay on top of design trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas that push the boundaries of user experience on B2C platforms.

• Product Design Ownership: Drive design from concept to execution for our B2C platform, ensuring every pixel, interaction, and user flow is optimized for clarity, ease, and engagement.

• Design Thinking: Find directions for bringing in the best user experience across multiple touchpoints, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

• User-Centered Approach: Conducting user research, and usability testing, to back all your designs. Advocate for users and ensure their needs are at the center of all product decisions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps, iterate on designs, and refine user interfaces.

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of designers. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment while encouraging individual creativity.

• Design Systems & Consistency: Establish and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms while adapting to new opportunities for innovation.

Who You Are

• Experienced: 6-8 years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on B2C platforms (mobile and web), designing for large-scale, consumer-facing products.

• Design Visionary: You have a deep understanding of design principles, and you can translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, visually appealing solutions.

• Leadership Mindset: Proven experience mentoring design teams fostering collaboration and innovation while meeting deadlines.

• UX & UI Expertise: Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, user flows, interaction design, and UI design. You’ve worked on the full product design lifecycle.

• Research-focused: Comfortable conducting user research (interviews, testing, analytics) to shape your design process and validate ideas.

• Toolset Pro: Mastery of design tools like Figma and other industry-standard software.

• Data-Informed Decision Maker: Ability to use data and user feedback to iterate on designs and make informed decisions.

• Passionate About Consumers: A natural curiosity about how people interact with digital products and a desire to create memorable, delightful experiences for users.
