What are we looking for?

Checkmarx is looking for a Creative Services Coordinator (Design) to support our in-house creative team by combining hands-on design work with creative coordination and project support.

You’ll spend a significant portion of your time designing marketing and brand assets, while also helping keep creative projects organized, on track, and aligned with business priorities.

How will you make an impact?

• Design digital and marketing assets including web graphics, presentations, social visuals, event materials, and internal communications
• Apply and maintain Checkmarx brand guidelines across all deliverables
• Support creative projects from intake through delivery, helping track timelines, priorities, and approvals
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions
• Execute revisions based on feedback and manage asset versioning
• Help organize and maintain creative files, templates, and shared libraries
• Assist with task tracking, status updates, and basic reporting for the creative team
• Contribute ideas and continuously improve creative workflows and processes
  
  

Requirements:

What is needed to succeed?

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic or visual design
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma a must
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established brand systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with guidance
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  
  

Advantages:

• Exposure to B2B, SaaS, or enterprise brand design
• Basic experience with motion, video, or simple animations
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday
