Your Role
As a Transformation Project Manager, you will lead and execute transformation projects within the renewable energy sector, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to defined requirements, while driving stakeholder engagement and organizational change.

Your Role
As a Transformation Project Manager, you will lead and execute transformation projects within the renewable energy sector, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to defined requirements, while driving stakeholder engagement and organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver transformation projects within agreed scope, cost, and timeline, ensuring compliance with Vestas’ operating model.
- Develop and maintain project plans, conduct technical and management reviews, and provide gate recommendations.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and deviations, and implement mitigation strategies promptly.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Manage project budgets and financial performance to achieve business success.
- Drive transformation initiatives that enhance processes, tools, and organizational capabilities.
- Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as Project Manager, preferably in the renewable energy or industrial sector.
- Strong project management and self-management capabilities.
- Proficiency in JIRA and MS Project.
- Excellent task management and prioritization skills.
- Negotiation and communication expertise.
- Personal Attributes: Autonomous, proactive, creative problem-solver with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Language: Fluent in English (mandatory).
