We are currently looking for a new member for the Reporting, Property Management team to join us in the position of Data Analys

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar reporting role;
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI: data modeling, DAX, report building, dashboard design;
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel: advanced formulas, pivots, Power Query, VBA/macros.
• Experience with think-cell for high-quality, data-driven presentations;
• Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets to extract business insights;
• Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques and data science concepts;
• Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering executive-level presentations;
• Ability to drive best practices in reporting and analytics and seek process improvements;
• Strong sense of professionalism, data integrity, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting;
• Analyze large datasets to produce accurate and actionable reports, dashboards, and visualizations;
• Dashboard & Visualization Development:
• Build and maintain compelling BI dashboards (especially in Power BI) tailored to business needs;
• Automation & Efficiency:
• Utilize Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, VBA/macros) and think-cell to automate processes and enhance reporting efficiency;
• Presentations & Insights:
• Prepare and deliver presentations communicating analytical findings and business implications to various audiences;
