Business Analyst

Business Analyst vacancy for our Zürich based client in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector.

Your tasks:

• Engage with business stakeholders to analyse and define business requirements and end-to-end processes
• Conduct requirement elicitation and specification sessions with subject matter experts and end users
• Create functional solution concepts and IT requirement specifications
• Provide input regarding solution alternatives and participate in workshops across teams
• Own assigned topics end-to-end including related dependencies, scope and timeline targets
• Support testing activities and provide input to change management and training

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as business analyst in global transformation projects at strategic level
• Sound experience in agile delivery environments and complex global project setups
• Experience in capturing complex business requirements and translating them into functional IT requirements
• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, business information or equivalent qualification
• Language skills: English (German is an advantage)

• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with strong ownership and proactivity
