Job Description & Summary
A career within Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage technology to enhance their customer experiences,
- Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals, translating them into compelling design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Develop interactive design elements that enhance user engagement and satisfaction
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions, iterating on solutions based on user insights and feedback.
- Mandatory skill sets
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all platforms and products, following established design patterns, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in data visualization, user experience design, and the wealth management industry, and apply learnings to enhance design solutions.
- Utilize analytics and user data to inform design decisions, ensuring solutions are both user-friendly and effective in achieving business objectives
- Preferred skill sets
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively
- Years of experience required
- Work experience : 2 to 5 years

- Location : Mumbai, Chennai – Higher focus on Mumbai
- Employment Type : Full Time, Permanent
- Education : Full time B. Des./ M. Des. degrees (with specialization in Interaction Design /Information Design/ Visual Design/ Web Design/ Graphics Design/ UI-UX Design) from IITs/NIDs/NIFTs and institutions listed in CEED & UCEED portals.
