Full Stack Engineer

Mid-Level Full Stack Developer | £40k–£50k | Hybrid

A growing UK-based digital business is looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join their small, ambitious team as they transition from an agency model into a scalable software platform.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working across multiple projects and industries (especially manufacturing and product-led businesses). No two days will look the same.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and maintaining full stack web applications
• Working across internal platforms and client systems
• Developing with PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js
• Translating real-world processes into smart digital tools
• Collaborating in a close-knit, agile team

What we’re looking for

• Commercial experience across multiple projects / clients
• Strong PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js experience
• Comfortable working across different systems and priorities
• SQL, Git, and modern development workflows
• Agency or multi-project background preferred

Nice to have

• DevOps exposure
• Craft CMS
• Interest in manufacturing, engineering, or physical products
