Role Overview

We are seeking a Capital Partner to help activate Berick’s initial capital network and support the onboarding of strategic investors into our first tokenized real estate assets.

This is a partner-level role focused on establishing relationships with aligned investors, family offices, and capital allocators interested in next-generation real-world asset infrastructure.

The Capital Partner will work directly with the founder to support capital formation and contribute to Berick’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce and engage qualified investors, family offices, and capital partners
• Support capital formation for initial real estate tokenization opportunities
• Help build Berick’s long-term investor network
• Contribute to capital strategy and investor positioning
• Support the transition from platform readiness to active capital deployment

Ideal Profile

• Existing relationships with investors, family offices, or capital allocators
• Background in private markets, real estate, or alternative investments
• Entrepreneurial mindset and long-term orientation
• Ability to operate independently and contribute strategically
• Interest in participating in the early phase of a high-potential platform

Direct experience in blockchain is not required.

Compensation

This is an equity-based partner role initially, with performance-based upside aligned with capital activation and platform growth.
