The Role

• Act as a strategic sparring partner to the business, aligning regional HR practices with global objectives.

• Proactively support leaders in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent optimization.

• Provide daily HR guidance on talent acquisition, coaching, performance management, and career development.

• Collaborate with the global HR organization to optimize business value and strategic initiatives.

• Drive continuous improvements to ensure legal compliance and enhance employee/leader experience.

• Partner with local works councils and employee representations.

What You'll Need

• Degree in HR or Business Administration with at least 5 years of HR Business Partner/Manager experience in multi-country settings.

• Expertise in Austrian labor laws and exposure to UK, Germany, and Belgium labor laws.

• Broad understanding of HR functions including recruiting, talent management, organizational design, and compensation.

• Experience managing change/project initiatives in a multicultural environment.

• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
