Job Description & Summary

A career within Consulting Services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage transformation to enhance their customer experiences.

• Responsibilities:
• 8-15 years of experience into Agile/Scrum projects
• The desired candidate should have experience in Enterprise level Agile coaching and Agile Transformation
• Proven ability in assessing maturity of teams and implementing a growth plan
• Candidate should have experience in coaching Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Teams
• Expertise across Agile methodologies including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Candidates should have good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Mandatory skill sets
• Enterprise level Agile coaching and Agile Transformation
• Agile Project Management
• Preferred skill sets
• Certification in PSM/PMI ACP/ICP ACC or any other globally accepted Agile/Scrum certifications desirable.
• Year of experience required
• 8-15 years of experience into Agile/Scrum projects
• Educational Qualification
