QUADRANTE is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Human Resources Department at our Porto office.


As a leading engineering and consultancy group with a strong international footprint, Quadrante offers a dynamic environment where you will play an active role in supporting our recruitment processes across multiple Business Units, contributing directly to the growth of our teams.

This is an opportunity to integrate the Talent Acquisition function within a growing international organization, working closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues.


Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes.
  • Publish job advertisements across different platforms and channels.
  • Actively source candidates (LinkedIn and other recruitment tools).
  • Perform CV screening and initial telephone screenings.
  • Schedule interviews and ensure proper coordination between candidates and Hiring Managers.
  • Conduct structured interviews for junior and mid-level profiles.
  • Ensure accurate follow-up with candidates and maintain recruitment data updated.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.


Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences (Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, Sociology, or similar) – mandatory.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment & Selection (agency experience will be highly valued).
  • Experience in sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Advanced knowledge of English (other languages will be valued).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude, resilience, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Clear communication skills and candidate-focused mindset.
