What do we expect you to bring?

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or related fields,
• 1–5 years of experience in Customer Experience (CX), CRM, Project Management, and Process Management.
• Mastery of MS Office applications; strong analytical thinking skills,
• Experience in leading global projects and the ability to work with multi-stakeholder teams,
• Competency in analyzing and improving customer processes,
• Advanced coordination, communication, and negotiation skills,
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to generate innovative ideas and a strong aptitude for teamwork,
• Experience with analytical tools such as SAS or Knime.
  
  

How can you make an impact?

• Mapping of sales, renewal, and cancellation journeys; analyzing friction points within experiences and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Monitoring Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Net Promoter Score (NPS); continuously improving experience processes based on customer feedback analysis.
• Root Cause Analysis: Conducting root cause analyses using data, customer feedback, and qualitative insights to understand the underlying issues of pain points.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Product, Pricing, and Sales teams to determine and implement actions that will improve customer experience in the market.
• Performing industry benchmarks regarding products and developing strategic recommendations to meet customers' ongoing needs.
• Designing ad-hoc customer surveys when necessary, analyzing the data obtained, and extracting meaningful insights.
• Planning actions to increase customer loyalty and designing direct product campaigns in churn and retention projects.
