We are looking for experienced DevOps Engineers to join Cloud Services team, supporting multiple project teams globally as part of “Cloud First” strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Support project teams in building safe, reliable, and secure systems aligned with business needs.
• Provide on-call support, troubleshoot technical issues, and help resolve incidents.
• Lead and contribute to major incident investigations.
• Create clear and accessible documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in managing AWS accounts and operating critical platform services.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure secure and efficient project launches.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience leading major incident investigations and participating in on-call rotations.
• Solid Python skills with a passion for automation (or strong scripting and development knowledge).
• Broad experience across multiple Cloud services, with strong hands-on expertise in AWS.
• Practical understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies – embracing the “You build it, you own it, you support it” mindset.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Good knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Git, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Strong security mindset and understanding of secure solution design in AWS environments.

Nice to Have

• AWS certification(s).
• Advanced Terraform skills.
• Linux or Windows certification(s).
• Experience with non-functional testing.
• Understanding of risk management and compliance.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries.
