Job Summary
Coordinate new store projects, renovations, and day-to-day maintenance across retail and F&B outlets, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with brand and authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate fit-out, refurbishment, and renovation projects
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, landlords, and authorities
• Track drawings, approvals, schedules, and site progress
• Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance (MEP, civil, kitchen equipment)
• Manage maintenance requests, vendors, AMCs, and warranties
• Support LPOs, quotations, variations, and payment follow-ups
• Ensure HSE, authority, and brand compliance
Requirements
• Diploma / Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in Retail / F&B Fit-out projects
• Knowledge of fit-out, MEP, and kitchen equipment
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office; basic AutoCAD preferred
• GCC experience must ; UAE driving license is a plus
