Data Analyst (Luxury Retail)

A prestigious international luxury brand is seeking a commercially driven and analytical Data Analyst to join its regional team. This role will play a critical part in supporting strategic decision-making by transforming complex data into meaningful business insights across retail, merchandising, and client experience functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse sales, CRM, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports for senior leadership

• Monitor and report on key retail KPIs including sell-through, conversion rate, ATV, UPT, footfall, and client retention

• Partner with Retail, Finance, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to optimise performance and drive revenue growth

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and inventory planning processes

• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and continuous reporting improvements

• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance commercial performance and client engagement.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within luxury retail or premium consumer brands

• Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

• Experience working with CRM systems and large datasets

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field
