General Summary

Should work in a 24x7 rotational shifts, supporting global Network operations.
Should support a heterogenous global network infrastructure consisting of Routers, switches, Data Center Networking gear, Load balancers etc.
Should have experience working on Cisco, Aruba, Arista DC Networking, Citrix NetScaler’s
Should have awareness and experience in Monitoring/observability tools like Datadog, Splunk, CAPM.
Should also participate in daily operational duties such as: responding to support requests and troubleshooting service problems or outages
Perform upgrades, new installations, enhancements and configuration changes as needed.
Should have expert skills in Routing & Switching Technologies.
Develop and maintain documentation, perform upgrades, installations, enhancements, configuration changes, troubleshooting, monitoring, and other operational responsibilities.
Adhere to corporate change management policies and practices and serve as liaison between service groups, customers and IT management to coordinate service impacts.
Develop and maintain documentation
Assist in the deployment of Network across the Globe.
Able to work as part of a virtual global/regional team with cultural and language differences.
Supporting a broad range of projects, from enterprise-wide initiatives to localized solutions that may span across multiple departments or functions.
Interfacing with other IT groups or internal business units to gather requirements or present solutions that meet business objectives/initiatives.
Understanding of IT networking architectures and implementations
4 to 5 years of Experience in Core Networking Skills ( LAN/WAN/Data Center/ Load balancers).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must have Prior solid Experience in handling L2, L3 Network issues.
3+ years of working experience configuring Cisco IOS and/or NX-OS network equipment
Knowledge and experience with protocols/technologies such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, STP, QoS, vPC/MLAG/CLAG, VXLAN, Network Access Control, 802.1x.
Experience and expertise with TCP/IP operations and troubleshooting.
Experience with individual, group and vendor-assisted troubleshooting.
Experience working in large scale IT operations and high-risk networks.
Familiarity with Python and Ansible automation for networking
Experience with Ansible and/or Python automation for networking
CCNP Certification.
Good Experience supporting and implementing Campus and Data Center Networks.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems).

OR

1+ year of Networked Systems-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree in a non-technical field.

OR

3+ years of Networked Systems-related work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.

Physical Requirements

Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 20 lbs.
