Hourly Rate: $25.00/hr.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Lead Campus Recruiter, the Temp Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the recruitment process of candidates for UNIQLO’s Management Candidate Program and Internship Program. The Temp Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in scheduling interviews, coordinating recruitment and orientation logistics, and ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding process from start to finish.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with recruiters and interviewers to align availability and schedule high volume of interviews (approximately 25–50 per week)
  • Book conference rooms and send timely confirmation emails to candidates
  • Facilitate onboarding tasks, including orientation scheduling, background check coordination, candidate travel arrangements
  • Serve as Intern Program Coordinator alongside the East & West Coast recruiters, Support the execution of the summer internship program for both in-store and corporate office; including but not limited to onboarding and orientation, intern performance evaluations, guest speaker scheduling, social event planning, end of internship presentation, and monitoring of staffing and budgeting.
  • Support the recruitment & Learning and Development Team with orientation of new manager trainees to provide a smooth transition to company values and culture.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Schedule breakfasts, lunches, and other catering related activities for onsite events or orientations
  • Create and distribute new employee welcome bags.
  • Provide clerical support, including but not limited to recruitment supply organization, filing, data entry, and preparing reports
  • Other related duties to be assigned by direct supervisor


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, HR or related field
  • Former retail, hospitality, or food & beverage experience preferred
  • Strong scheduling skills with the ability to juggle multiple calendars (Outlook) and priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and calendar management tools
  • A strong customer service mindset and commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, public speaking and presentation skills, including knowledge of brand initiatives and product knowledge
  • 1+ years of campus or corporate recruiting administrative functions with a strong emphasis on customer/relationship experience and event planning/execution
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral part of the HR team
  • High energy and collaborative, strong relationship builder and brand ambassador
  • Excellent project management, decision-making, writing, and oral communication skills; focus on operational excellence
  • Solid event planning, organizational, and facilitation abilities
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment and partnering with all levels of leadership


Physical Requirements:

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, read computer terminals, push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds
  • Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom by repetitive bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing* Sample room maintenance by lifting, unpacking, packing and reorganizing


Schedule Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings
