Your Role

Capgemini is seeking a skilled AWS Connect DevOps Admin-Developer to join our team. This role is critical in establishing and managing the continuous development and migration processes across environments for AWS Connect implementations. You will work closely with project teams to ensure seamless deployment, configuration, and post-deployment validation of contact center solutions.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Define and establish migration processes for AWS Connect implementations across multiple projects.
• Design, create, and implement CI/CD pipelines tailored for AWS Connect deployments.
• Administer and configure AWS services required for various environments during deployment activities.
• Manage the migration of objects and data not covered by CI/CD pipelines.
• Review deployment packages for completeness and readiness before execution.
• Conduct sanity checks on target environments post-deployment to ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment workflows and troubleshoot issues.
  
  

Your Profile

• Hands-on experience in DevOps practices specific to AWS Connect.
• Strong background in Amazon Connect administration and development.
• Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.
• Solid understanding of AWS services and their role in contact center solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
