About the Job you are considering:
As a .NET Developer, you will build and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Framework, ASP.NET Web Forms, and C#. You will create and integrate RESTful APIs, work with SQL/Oracle databases, and use ORMs like Entity Framework or NHibernate. You’ll contribute to cloud‑native deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform while following SOLID, TDD, and clean coding practices. Working in an Agile/Scrum environment, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions that support business needs.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Framework, ASP.NET WebForms, and C#.
- Build and consume RESTful Web APIs and integrate with messaging systems such as Azure Service Bus.
- Implement unit tests using nUnit/xUnit and follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
- Work with SQL databases (Oracle preferred) and utilize ORM frameworks like Entity Framework or NHibernate.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor applications using Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and Terraform.
- Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring adherence to CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
- Apply SOLID principles, follow REST standards, and write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
