Scrum Master (SAP)

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience as a scrum master in SAP based environments.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) for SAP implementation/enhancement projects, ensuring teams follow Scrum best practices.
• Collaborate closely with SAP functional & technical teams (MM, SD, FI/CO, ABAP, BASIS) to remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Facilitate backlog grooming with Product Owners and SAP architects to prioritize SAP configuration, development, integration, and testing activities.
• Track sprint performance using Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow), ensuring delivery of SAP deliverables within scope and timelines.
• Ensure integration of Agile processes within SAP landscapes, supporting deployments, defect triage, UAT coordination, and cross‑functional alignment across business and IT stakeholders.
