Talent International is seeking a Junior Scrum Master to support an Agile delivery team working on a major Federal Government digital project. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their Scrum Master career to build hands-on experience in a structured delivery environment and contribute to meaningful public-sector outcomes.
Supporting Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and showcases
Assisting the Scrum Master and delivery leads with team coordination and sprint delivery
Helping maintain Agile boards (Jira/Confluence), sprint metrics, and delivery reporting
Removing blockers and escalating risks where appropriate
Encouraging Agile best practice and team collaboration
Supporting stakeholder communication and documentation in a government environment
1-2 years' experience in an Agile delivery environment (Scrum Master, coordinator, BA support, PMO, etc.)
Understanding of Scrum principles and Agile ways of working
Experience using Jira and Confluence (or similar tools)
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in Government is nice to have, but not required
Scrum certification (PSM I / CSM) or working toward one
Exposure to DevOps, product delivery, or digital transformation teams
