Your Tasks

Support Of The Medical Management

As a Medical Project Manager (temporary) in the Eucerin Team, you will mainly provide operational support to the Austrian team, in congress related activities. Your role & responsibilities will include:

• Support on all activities related to EADV congress & events in Vienna
• Support on communication with event organization agencies, Headquarters Team, support on developing print, digital and other materials, goodiebags etc.
• Preparations of deliveries, product orders, follow-up and planning
• Prepare & review presentations upon requests
• Invoice and payment handling and tracking
  
  

Event Planning

• Provide support on congress planning from start to end
• Full time availability in the week of the congress on site
  
  

Marketing Analysis

• Ad hoc analysis upon request: follow up the competition activities and communications
• Sharing insights to help making strong and successful plans for Eucerin
  
  

Your Profile

• You have min. of 2-3 years of experience in event planning, ideally on Agency side related to Marketing, Administration, Management or similar
• You are available 32 – 40 hrs/week for 6 months, starting from May 2026 , with full-time on site availability in the week of the EADV congress (Vienna, week 40/2026)
• You have an interest in dermo-cosmetics and marketing activities
• You are a team player, take initiative, are hands-on and capable of working autonomously
• You are accurate, well-organized & give attention to details
• You demonstrate a problem solving, passionate and driven approach
• You can easily navigate through all MS Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams etc.
• You show strong communication skills in German & English, both in written and verbally

• The salary depends on the position and your qualifications and starts at EUR 4.270,14 gross (full-time) per month, overpayment depends on qualifications and experience
