REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (Baltic & Nordic Region) - Unmanned systems
Ondas Capital is a newly launched investment and advisory arm under Ondas Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS), established to accelerate global deployment of mature and combat proven unmanned systems and autonomous solutions.
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager for our portfolio companies to drive strategic growth in the Baltic & Nordic Region. The role focuses on long-cycle deals, senior-level stakeholder engagement, and expanding strategic accounts across defence, security, and unmanned systems markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive strategic sales across the Baltic and Nordic defence, security, and unmanned systems markets.
- Manage long-cycle, high-value deals for drone systems, autonomous solutions, and other mission-critical technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, government agencies, and institutional stakeholders in defence and critical infrastructure.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and strategic key account portfolio.
- Prepare tailored presentations, technical proposals, and demonstrations for clients.
- Represent company at industry, defence, and investor events, showcasing defence tech capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Business Development, and Investor Relations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and feedback to inform product strategy and offerings.
- Support distributors with marketing materials, product training, and technical guidance to boost performance.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process and act as the main point of contact for technical and commercial matters.
- Conduct discovery sessions to map client operational challenges to suitable technology solutions.
- Track sales activities, project progress, and performance metrics using CRM and reporting tools.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to support adoption of drone and autonomous systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve technical or operational queries in collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements & experience:
- 5-10+ years of B2B or strategic sales experience, preferably in defence, autonomous systems, or high-tech sectors.
- Experience in drone manufacturing or defence technology is a strong advantage.
- Technical understanding of products, systems, or solutions sold in regulated markets.
- Proven success managing long-cycle deals and strategic accounts.
- Solid network of potential prospects and partners in Baltic and Nordic region.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation skills and techniques.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
