This is a full-time remote role for a Crypto Wallet & Capital Operations Operator. The responsibilities include managing secure cryptocurrency wallet operations, monitoring and executing capital movement transactions, and ensuring adherence to operational policies and industry compliance standards. The role also involves identifying and resolving discrepancies, working with different stakeholders to optimize processes, and staying updated on developments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space to adapt operations effectively.

• Experience with cryptocurrency wallet operations, asset transfers, and blockchain technology fundamentals
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate capital flows and resolve discrepancies efficiently
• Proficiency in compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements in the digital asset and financial sectors
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to operational tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Technical aptitude or experience with blockchain-related tools and systems is considered a bonus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
