Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend and full-stack applications using modern .NET technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with best engineering practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering.
• Build performance-focused, real-time web applications.
• Improve delivery processes through automation, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve platform performance and efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 4+ years of professional experience developing solutions within the .NET ecosystem.
• Strong hands-on expertise with C#, modern .NET versions, and relational databases.
• Solid experience with unit testing and quality-driven development practices.
• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms and modern delivery pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization, CI/CD workflows, and deployment strategies.
• Experience building applications using Blazor.
• Proven ability to optimize performance across frontend and backend components.
• Experience debugging, testing, and tuning browser-based applications.
• Working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Strong proficiency across ASP.NET, MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on large-scale or high-availability systems.
• Background in collaborative Agile development environments.
• Interest in mentoring or contributing to technical leadership initiatives.
