HR & Office Administrator

Dublin | Full-time, Permanent


About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised HR & Office Administrator to support our HR function, recruitment activities, and day-to-day office operations.

This is a key role within the business, helping to ensure smooth HR processes, a well-run office environment, and a positive employee experience from onboarding through to exit.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, confident managing multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR and company policy
  • Prepare contracts, offer letters, amendments, and HR correspondence
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including inductions and exit documentation
  • Track probation reviews and support managers with required documentation
  • Monitor annual leave, sickness absence, and HR records
  • Assist with payroll administration and data submission
  • Support HR reporting and monthly metrics/KPI preparation
  • Maintain training records and assist with L&D administration
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are documented and communicated

Recruitment Support

  • Post job advertisements across relevant platforms
  • Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive experience
  • Conduct reference checks and right-to-work verification
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
  • Support offer preparation and onboarding documentation

Office Management

  • Act as first point of contact for office queries
  • Coordinate supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Manage meeting room bookings and general office organisation
  • Support internal meetings, training sessions, and company events
  • Help maintain a safe, organised, and professional office environment



Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
