This is a full-time remote role for an On-Chain Strategy & Asset Deployment Lead. The role involves managing and executing on-chain strategies, analyzing financial and blockchain-related data, overseeing asset allocation and deployment, and providing insights into investment opportunities. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and develop solutions to optimize the organization’s asset management strategies. Ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term financial objectives will be a critical aspect of the role.

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights
• Effective Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to a variety of audiences
• Proficiency in Finance concepts, including risk assessment, investment strategy, and portfolio optimization
• Experience in Asset Management and Investments, with an understanding of both traditional and digital assets
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and on-chain data analysis is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) or equivalent experience are a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet critical deadlines
