🧠What You’ll Do
We are looking for an experienced ITIL Change Manager to oversee and ensure the effective execution of the IT Change Management process within a structured and regulated IT environment.
The role focuses on the daily governance, coordination, validation, and continuous improvement of all IT-related changes, ensuring risk mitigation, compliance, and operational stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the Change Management process is executed in accordance with documented procedures
- Review and validate change requests for completeness, quality, and risk mitigation measures
- Assess implementation plans, blackout periods, rollback strategies, and scheduling
- Manage and maintain the overall change calendar to prevent conflicts
- Chair and facilitate CAB (Change Advisory Board) and eCAB meetings
- Coordinate and validate emergency changes
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to change performance and process adherence
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and retrospectives
- Analyze failed or unsuccessful changes and drive continuous improvement actions
- Review and maintain the Standard Change catalog
- Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements
🛠️ Technical Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Change Management
- Strong experience working within ITIL framework (ITIL v3 or v4 certification preferred)
- Proven experience managing CAB and eCAB meetings
- Experience in structured, regulated IT environments (banking, utilities, public sector, or critical infrastructure preferred)
- Strong analytical and documentation validation skills
- Ability to manage multiple changes in parallel
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Fluent in English (French considered a strong asset)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management, etc.)
- Experience in infrastructure, security, or cloud environments
