Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced RBAC Architect to act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Role-Based Access Control across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in RBAC architecture, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), regulatory compliance, and Segregation of Duties (SoD), ensuring secure and compliant access management aligned with business objectives.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in RBAC architecture and implementation
• Strong experience in IAM / Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Hands-on expertise with SailPoint (preferred)
• Deep understanding of:
• Role Mining
• Role Engineering
• SoD conflict analysis
• Access governance frameworks
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards
• Experience working in enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
