🔎We are looking for a Scrum Master

YOUR MISSIONS:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and rituals within the squad (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
• Manage sprint execution, ensuring team collaboration, focus, and continuous delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure team productivity and progress.
• Actively participate in and support tribe-level ceremonies (e.g., QAP, Scrum of Scrums).
• Support the Product Owner and Core Team in backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Ensure clear and effective communication within the squad and with stakeholders.
• Lead and support the onboarding process for new team members.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team environment.
• Challenge the team constructively, encourage continuous improvement, and promote best practices.
• Adapt to functional and technical contexts, continuously enhancing knowledge when required.
• Maintain and update relevant team documentation.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• +3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• High level of autonomy, rigor, and personal commitment.
• Proactive and curious, with a drive to explore innovative solutions.
• Critical thinker with a constructive approach to solution analysis.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in French.
• Hybrid regime in the Porto or Lisbon office

Nice to Have

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Knowledge of standard security protocols (e.g., SAML2, OIDC).
