Network Engineer

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure networking solutions with a strong focus on security and Infrastructure as Code practices;

• Develop and manage network infrastructure using Bicep and Azure DevOps to ensure automation and consistency across environments;

• Define and implement design patterns and architectures aligned with Azure WAF/CAF, including platform and application landing zones and governance principles;

• Configure and support Azure networking services such as VirtualWAN, VPN solutions, Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, Firewalls, and Route Tables;

• Collaborate with platform and application teams to ensure secure connectivity, scalability, and high availability across cloud environments;

• Monitor, optimize, and continuously improve network performance, security posture, and operational processes.

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Network Engineer in Azure environments;

• Solid knowledge of Azure networking and security concepts;

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Bicep;

• Experience with Azure DevOps for infrastructure deployment and automation;

• Strong understanding of Azure architecture patterns, including WAF/CAF, landing zones, and governance;

• Experience implementing and managing VirtualWAN, VPNs, Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, Firewalls, and Route Tables.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with enterprise-scale cloud networking architectures;

• Experience working with hybrid network connectivity scenarios;

• Knowledge of automation and scripting for network operations.
