Senior Dotnet Developer

• 12 months + up to 24 months extension option
• Canberra, Brisbane or Melbourne

We are seeking a Senior .Net Developer for our client within the federal government. The proposed start is in Feb 2025. As a Senior .Net Developer, your duties may include, but not limited to the following:

• Design and develop ICT solutions spanning web/desktop applications, web services, and batch jobs built using C#, Microsoft .NET framework and SQL Server.
• Translation of business needs into ICT system requirements and specifications for enhancements to one or more of the following Microsoft .NET applications and corporate applications including Staff Administration, Data Exchange (DEX), Identity Manager (IDM), Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS) Administration, Application Manager (Toolbox Services), Toolbox Common, ARC (Content Manager) Support Suite, and Rehabilitation Management System (Dynamics CRM).
• Technical analysis, design, prototyping, and maintenance activities of Microsoft .NET or Identity and Access Management solutions.
• (d) Analyse and identify functional/business shortcomings in the software and effectively communicate with the team.

Required technical skills:

1. Experience in Solution Design and development of Microsoft .Net or custom Identity and Access Management solutions.
2. Proven ability to deliver quality system solutions within an ICT project environment across web/desktop, web services, and batch jobs.
3. Experience with the Microsoft technology stack (Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, Azure, PowerShell).
4. Experience with C#, PowerShell or scripting languages to provision users and integrate with Identity and Access management solutions.
