Job Description

• Define product vision, strategy, and unique selling propositions; benchmark against competitors.
• Maintain product roadmap, prioritize features, and manage development budgets.
• Define functional requirements and perform cost-benefit analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, sales).
• Plan and execute product launches, including marketing campaigns and user training.
• Gather user feedback and iterate products based on analytics and KPIs.
• Ensure product compliance with regulations and security standards.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user studies.
• Support portfolio benchmarking, strategic positioning, and sales target planning.
• Communicate product updates, milestones, and strategic decisions to stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of industrial automation systems (PLCs, SCADA, DCS) and product management principles
• Experience in product and marketing management, or sales project management, or related within power generation industry, or similar industries
• Strategic thinking: align product roadmaps with overall business goals and adapt to changing priorities
• Leadership and collaboration skills to guide cross-functional teams and multicultural environments
• Familiarity with IoT, cloud platforms, edge computing, OT/IT integration, and cybersecurity
• Strong customer focus and ability to understand customer needs, journeys, and market trends
• User-centric mindset: empathy for users and ability to incorporate feedback into decisions
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Beneficial: Knowledge of industrial processes (Waste-to-Energy/Renewable Gas) and data analytics, ML, or AI
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English in writing and orally, additional languages (German, French) of advantage
