Head of IAM

Head of Identity Access Management

We are working with a global trading company that is looking for an Head of IAM to join their Geneva Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to come in to a completely greenfield environment and be given the autonomy and budget to build out a best in class approach.

As this is the first hire in the space, it isn't a purely managerial role and will require someone who can act as the enterprise architect from the start. There is scope for 3-4 hires in the first 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM Architecture design and implementation
• Own IAM governance and define KPI's
• Define and maintain IAM strategy and
• Work closely with various stakeholders (e,g CISO, Engineering Leaders ect)
• Manage and evaluate 3P vendors

Profile

• Deep understanding of IAM standards and protocils
• Experience owning IAM programme and omplementing change
• Strong understanding of Cloud security
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and manage a team
