Technical Support Engineer

Position: Technical support engineer(After-sales engineer)

• Expanding our team in Bulgaria,we are looking for the Technical Support Enegineer.

Main Responsibilities：

• Provide product demonstration and technical training to customers.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and accurately, by remote instruction or onsite trouble shooting.
• Help customers on product installation and operation.
• Design product brochures, operation manual manuals and videos.
• Other work assigned by the leadership.

Qualifications：

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, or related field;
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in technical support, application engineering, or after-sales service within renewable energy sector;
• Solid technical knowledge of PV energy storage systems, lithium battery technology, and UPS systems;
• Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and local language;
• Willingness to undertake regular business travel to support customer projects and market activities.
