An established, independent Stockholm-based consultancy is looking for experienced Senior .NET Developers to join their growing team.

They specialise in system development and digital solutions, supporting well-known private sector clients across Stockholm (particularly within finance and fintech). Despite being a smaller consultancy, they work with numerous major Swedish brands and are looking to grow significantly this year.

💻 The Role

You’ll work on modern, client-facing projects across a variety of industries, contributing to high-quality digital solutions. Most projects are multi-year projects where you get deep into systems and have real ownership over solutions. The working arrangement is typically 2-3 days in the office.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience in .NET development (.NET 7+)
• Experience with React
• Azure cloud experience
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Fluent Swedish and English

• Able to represent yourself and the consultancy professionally
• Collaborative, proactive, and relationship-driven
• Consulting experience is beneficial but not required

Technical skills are essential - but personality and communication skills are just as important.
