Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer

The Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer will play an integral role in improving system reliability, automating system administration tasks, and optimizing infrastructure performance. Key responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting issues, implementing automation tools and frameworks, collaborating with development teams to improve software performance, and managing cloud infrastructure to enhance system stability and scalability. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Royal Leamington Spa.

• Expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, with a strong focus on maintaining system reliability and optimizing performance.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting complex systems, diagnosing issues rapidly, and ensuring system availability.
• Proven experience in Software Development, including coding, scripting, and implementing automated solutions.
• Strong skills in System Administration, including expertise in managing servers, software configurations, and operating systems.
• In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure management, including cloud environments, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools and a deep understanding of performance tuning and optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive continuous process improvement.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Kubernetes) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or an equivalent field are advantageous.
