In this vital role, you will design and implement a comprehensive global compliance framework that aligns with the organization’s rapid growth. This position will enable you to ensure ethical and legal operations across multiple jurisdictions, while also cultivating a strong culture of integrity. By collaborating with various cross-functional teams, you will embed compliance into key decision-making processes, thus driving accountability and transparency across the international landscape.

Accountabilities
- Develop and oversee the global compliance program across all operational entities
- Build scalable governance structures, policies and controls for multi-country operations
- Advise leadership on emerging compliance risks and regulatory matters
- Ensure compliance with international data protection laws and cybersecurity regulations
- Manage and mentor a team of compliance specialists and paralegals
- Lead compliance training programs and initiatives to foster a culture of integrity
- Master’s degree in Law, Business, Governance, Risk & Compliance, or related field
- 8-12+ years of experience in compliance and risk management, preferably in a global context
- Proven ability to scale and manage compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and data protection laws
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and policy-writing skills
- Experience working with global regulators and stakeholders
