Head of Compliance - REMOTE

In this vital role, you will design and implement a comprehensive global compliance framework that aligns with the organization’s rapid growth. This position will enable you to ensure ethical and legal operations across multiple jurisdictions, while also cultivating a strong culture of integrity. By collaborating with various cross-functional teams, you will embed compliance into key decision-making processes, thus driving accountability and transparency across the international landscape.

Accountabilities

• Develop and oversee the global compliance program across all operational entities
• Build scalable governance structures, policies and controls for multi-country operations
• Advise leadership on emerging compliance risks and regulatory matters
• Ensure compliance with international data protection laws and cybersecurity regulations
• Manage and mentor a team of compliance specialists and paralegals
• Lead compliance training programs and initiatives to foster a culture of integrity
  
  

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law, Business, Governance, Risk & Compliance, or related field
• 8-12+ years of experience in compliance and risk management, preferably in a global context
• Proven ability to scale and manage compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and data protection laws
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and policy-writing skills
• Experience working with global regulators and stakeholders
